Annual Earth Summit

Earth Summit is is a collaborative interdisciplinary effort to celebrate and realize our goal of constructive change towards a sustainable campus, society, and world. For this year’s Earth Summit, we aim to redefine sustainability by challenging who has a seat at the table in conversations of sustainable actions and collaboration. We hope to deconstruct the unjust systems of power that contribute to unequal distribution of climate change impacts by uplifting the voices of frontline communities. Rethinking how we as individuals and as a community engage in sustainable action, by reclaiming our power as a democratic society to feel motivated on demanding systematic changes for the environment.

This year we have chosen to present a speaker panel during the event to discuss topics surrounding our theme and would hope you will be a part of this conversation as one of our panelist.  We are expecting four panelists in total and a panel lasting for about one hour during our event
