About this Event
In this workshop, we will explore the questions: What is self-care? Why is self-care important? How can we practice self-care? We'll have a knowledge share portion along with breakout group sharing, large group sharing, and some coaching as time permits. Participants will leave the session understanding more about self-care, discover and start removing obstacles to self-care, and learn how to take aligned action to prioritize time for self-care. Participants may choose to have a journal/notebook and pen handy for taking notes.
