Banana Slug Share: Living a Soul Centered Life

Pioneers of consciousness, such as Dr. Michael Newton, found that deep states of relaxation and reflection, such as used in Past Life and Life Between Lives Hypnotic Regressions, can give an experience of seeing ourselves as much more than the present body, mind and story that we are living now. The result being an expanded sense of self and a deeper feeling of the compassionate nature of creation. Drawing on the data of thousands of such soul journeys, the perceptions and teachings offered are not based on a particular doctrine but instead pull from the collective reports of people from varied traditions and circumstances. We will examine the wisdom that this wider soul view offers and explore the ways in which we can more gracefully live our life as a grand opportunity for transformation, balance and learning.
