When it comes to transitioning from renter to homeowner, there can be a lot of unknowns. This course aims to provide meaningful and impactful resources for all phases of the home buying process. Through simple fundamentals to the details most are unfamiliar with, Brandon will provide realistic expectations and a more managed experience.

Brandon Caruso, (Rachel Carson College, 2008), was born in Los Angeles and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area where he obtained his BA at University of California Santa Cruz and Masters of Business Administration & Finance at University of Redlands. Brandon is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation and Vice President of Loan Operations at Today Lending, a Mortgage Bank specializing in the HUD184 Home Loan program. Today lending helps Native American families purchase, refinance, and build homes on and off tribal land.

To Brandon, it is a core belief that financial responsibility is not just important for our future, but crucial in helping increase the quality of life and rewards of economic freedom in all areas.  When it comes to being prepared for homeownership, it can be overwhelming. Guiding and encouraging individuals on the fundamentals of this endeavor is not only important, but it has become the primary focus of Brandon’s career.
