The Division of the Arts and the Independent Television Service co-present a screening of Bedlam, at the Del Mar Theater in downtown Santa Cruz. In this film, A filmmaker and practicing psychiatrist makes rounds in ERs, jails, and homeless camps to tell the intimate stories behind a national health crisis: mental illness. This event will include an evening reception, screening and panel discussion.
