Cowell College invites you to join us in the dedication of Bhuwan Lal Joshi's memorial plaque, Bhuwan's Piece / Peace. Josi was a faculty in the Psychology department, as well as serving as the chairman on the  Cowell College Faculty.
Bhuwan's Piece / Peace was originally placed in a small grove of redwoods near the entrance of Cowell College. Over time the redwoods grew and the plaque was no longer visible to passersby. A donation was given to offset the cost of moving the Bhuwan's Piece / Peace to a more prominent location. The Bhuwan's Piece / Peace is now located under an oak tree at Cowell College. The location is where Prof Joshi taught many of his classes.
