Big Break 2018 at UCSC

Join us for our annual Big Break event as we practice sharing appreciation and self-care with community by creating crafts, gift making, a photo booth and more!

Celebrate community and diversity through arts and crafts.

The Big Break provides a space for students to take a “BREAK” from studying, de-stress, and have fun!  Refreshments, Desserts and Dinner with Vegan and Halal options will be provided.

Activities include Card Making, Sugar Scrubs, Candy Cane Reindeer, Gift Making, Hot Coco Station, Music, Photo Booth, and more!

This is a family-friendly community space that is open to the UCSC community.

This event is a collaborative effort made possible by Rachel Carson College, Oakes College, and the UCSC Resource Centers: African American Resource and Cultural Center, American Indian Resource Center, Asian American/Pacific Islander Resource Center, Chicano Latino Resource Center: El Centro, Lionel Cantú Queer Center and Women's Center.
