Grad Talk is a brief, confidential, drop-in service for graduate students seeking support or advice, or want to find out more about counseling. 

When you log onto the Zoom meeting, you will enter a virtual “Waiting Room;” the CAPS counselor will be notified and admit you into the session as soon as they are available.  Since Grad Talk is “first-come, first-serve,” there may be a wait.
