CAPS Grad Talk

Grad Talk is a brief, confidential, drop-in service for graduate students seeking support or advice, or wanting to find out more about counseling. Grad Talk is being offered via Zoom each Monday of the quarter from 4-5 PM.

IMPORTANT: Grad Talk is not formal counseling and is not intended for situations where there is an immediate safety concern. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact CAPS Crisis Services at 831-459-2628. If you do not feel like you can keep yourself safe, please call 911 to receive immediate help.
