Join CARE for an Interest Meeting ahead of our upcoming Yoga As Healing program for survivors.

At this interest meeting, participants will learn more about the program, practice a breathwork (Pranayama) exercise, learn about the Yoga as Healing application process, and participate in a Q&A with the instructor.
