Coping with Isolation and Anxiety Workshop

Managing anxiety as a graduate student in the best of times can be difficult. Adding a pandemic to our already stressful lives as students, colleagues, and researchers may begin to feel like too much. Spend an hour and a half with Richard Enriquez, Ph.D. discussing ways to cope with stress and maintain social connection in this time of physical distancing due to COVID-19.
