About this Event
3175 Bowers Avenue, Santa Clara, CA 95054
https://www.ucsc-extension.edu/events/As with every new year, California employers may face an abundance of new laws that will regulate the workplace in 2024. Join the NorCal chapter of Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM) in a discussion about these new laws and ensure you are compliance-ready. You’ll hear from four high-caliber California employment law attorneys on the new laws that will impact your organization and find out what bills Gov. Newsom has approved for the coming year.
Ensure you are ready for compliance and prepare your organization and leadership team for potential litigation, including proper documentation, securing relevant evidence, and communication to various stakeholders. A Federal update will also be included in this program.
