UCSC Opera Workshop presents an informal presentation of back-to-back matinee performances and fun for the whole family. UCSC voice students perform Act 1 of Stephen Sondheim's mash-up of overlapping fairytale. Luke Shepherd will perform as the Narrator from the piano.

Note: Some characters (Big Bad Wolf) and situations (stepmother cutting off stepsisters' toes to fit into glass slipper) are based on the Grimm's fairytales and may be a little scary for some youngsters.
