The forum will explore stories of mycology and wildfire in connection to land stewardship, and aims to bring together diverse perspectives from the mycological & wildfire communities with talks, panels, and student-led workshops.

The event will center BIPOC and Traditional ecological knowledge, and hopes to foster collaboration and harmony between Indigenous and Western approaches to land and ecosystem stewardship.

This event prioritizes public awareness and direct action to recognize the profound ways fire and fungi connect all members of the ecosystem and worlds at large.
