Weekly drop-in group exercise classes are available throughout the summer to all currently-enrolled students and Slug Recreation members at NO CHARGE.

Indoor Cycling boosts your muscle endurance and heart health using challenges of speed, strength, and stamina. By the end of a class, you'll have a steady stream of endorphins and will be motivated by a variety of music and video inspiration. These 45-50 minute workouts are a low-impact way to get a high-intensity cardio workout while also working your lower body muscles, especially your glutes and quads.  This class is led by Holly Johnson.
