Hani has been working at Johnson & Johnson for over 23+ years, and he has been one of the company's successful leaders. Throughout his career, Hani has held several leadership roles of increasing responsibility across multiple disciplines (business and strategy development, health economics, operations, and management roles), businesses (Medical Devices, Ethicon, Biosurgery, and Cordis). It’s been 6 years that Hani has taken up Company Group chair position within MedTech Disciplinary.

Hani is passionate about strengthening Johnson & Johnson’s footprint in key markets and advancing diverse talent across the enterprise. He is also committed to shaping sustainable solutions that positively impact the health of millions of people.
