If you spend your days at a desk, chances are you are aware of common issues like tech neck, eye strain, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Long hours at a desk can take a toll on your body — but small changes can make a big difference. This workshop is all about helping you feel better during your workday. We’ll explore how to ease muscle tension, boost your energy, and stay more focused with easy, equipment-free routines you can do right at your desk, even in work clothes.  If you're looking to move more, sit less, and feel more comfortable throughout your day, this session offers a low-stress way to start building healthy habits right where you are.
