The Sikh Foundation, in partnership with UC Santa Cruz's Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development (CIED) and Baskin School of Engineering, presents the Quarterly Startup Series:
"My Journey: Sharing the Successes of Entrepreneurs and Innovators" — Featuring Bill Diamond, President & CEO of the SETI Institute, with host Loren Kinczel, member of the UC Observatories Director's Advisory Council and Chair Elect of the UC Santa Cruz Foundation.
Event Overview: Join us for an inspiring conversation where Bill Diamond, an accomplished leader with over 20 years in photonics and optical communications, shares his journey through the tech industry. With experience spanning venture-backed startups to executive roles in Fortune 100 companies, Bill has led in R&D, engineering, and operations, as well as sales, marketing, and CEO positions.
