Join the UCSC community in dedicating the campus labyrinth on Monday, December 2nd from 12 noon - 1pm. Labyrinths have been used for thousands of years, in many different cultures and countries around the world. This design was created keeping accessibility for all in mind. Moving through the labyrinth can be used for quieting the mind, stress relief, reflection, resolving conflict, and enjoyment. The vision is to provide a place of respite and renewal, and as a tool for personal and psychological transformation, as well as bringing the community together. The labyrinth is located under the redwood trees in the middle of the Baskin Engineering Circle. It can be used at any time.

This project was made possible with funds from the UC Office of the President to fight bias and bigotry and designed by Lars Howlett, discoverlabyrinths.com.

Please contact UCSC Ombuds De Acker with any questions or to book an activity for your group or team.
