Weekly drop-in group exercise classes are available throughout the summer to all currently-enrolled students and Slug Recreation members at NO CHARGE.

Pilates-Yoga Fusion takes you through an active, powerful style of yoga that combines the breath with the flow of sun-salutations into various standing and balancing poses. The practice also includes a challenging series of Pilates exercises to strengthen core muscles while also providing lengthening stretches for a balanced strong and agile body.  This class is lead by Hannah Malone.
