POWER YOGA Group Exercise Class
Weekly drop-in group exercise classes are available throughout the summer to all currently-enrolled students and Slug Recreation members at NO CHARGE.
POWER YOGA is a fitness-based vinyasa practice, which has its roots in Ashtanga yoga. Students synchronize their breath with their movement through a sequence of postures designed to build strength and endurance. This is an all-levels class that helps build strength, endurance, increases flexibility, and enhances an overall sense of well-being. Modifications will be offered so you can make the class easier or more challenging to meet your needs. This class is led by Don Bard.
