Weekly drop-in group exercise classes are available throughout the summer to all currently-enrolled students and Slug Recreation members at NO CHARGE.

Restorative Yoga is the practice of stretching postures held for longer durations with the support of props such as bolsters and blocks to provide a deeper experience, relax the body, and reduce stress. Restorative yoga evolved from the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar and brings the body into a state of peace and healing. This practice is recommended as a recovery technique for active and athletic persons, and also great to help quiet active minds!  This class is led by Henry Heikkinen
