Hello UCSC staff community!

Please save the date for our annual Staff Appreciation Picnic! We are excited to welcome you all to this event to celebrate everyone’s hard work this year! Staff planning to attend the picnic should RSVP here so we can prepare the appropriate amount of food with as little waste as possible.

Date - Thursday, May 11, 2023

Time - 11:30 AM -1:30 PM

Location - Quarry Amphitheater

Menu -  Island Fever 

(note: Vegan and Gluten free options will be available)

We are also looking for organizations that would like to table at this year’s picnic! Priority will be given to organizations that are campus-affiliated and staff focused. To apply for a table, please fill out this google form. Applications are due by April 21st and organizations will be notified of their participation by April 28th. Questions can be directed to ucscsab@ucsc.edu.

We can’t forget the raffle! If your department would like to donate a prize for this year’s raffle, please email ucscsab@ucsc.edu.
