Call for volunteers and citizen scientists!

Join the annual Sudden Oak Death Blitz. Taking place in Santa Cruz County May 17 - 20, volunteers help gather data and map SOD in our communities. Our UC Santa Cruz Aboretum & Botanic Garden is one of many SOD Blitz Stations throughout California.
