In the Public Interest: Youth Empowerment, Criminal Justice and Ethical Science

Social Scientists at UC Santa Cruz are working at the forefront of some of today's most pressing ussues: criminal justice reform, youth empowerment, and ethical science. Please join us on October 24 to hear from Dean Katharyne Mitchell and four leading scholars who are deeply engaged in the work of social transformation.  These short, appealing "TED-style" talks will leave you feeling hopeful about the future.  

We will be serving small bites, with wine, beer and soft drinks.  All attendees must register prior to the event.
