TOTAL-BODY HIIT Group Exercise Class
Weekly drop-in group exercise classes are available throughout the summer to all currently-enrolled students and Slug Recreation members at NO CHARGE.
Total-Body HIIT awakens that inner athlete! Build strength and endurance through a variety of class formats (AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata) using a mix of dumbbells, body weight and cardio intervals to target all the major muscle groups. This class is lead by Holly Johnson.
