A panel discussion on the local impact will follow with City of Santa Cruz Economic Director, Bonnie Lipscomb, and Professors of Economics Rob Fairlie, Ph.D. and Galina Hale, Ph.D, moderated by UC Santa Cruz's Executive Vice Chancellor Lori Kletzer.
