United Way of Santa Cruz County is proud to partner with the Santa Cruz County Office of Education to distribute school supplies and items to ensure students start school ready to learn with the tools they need to succeed!

2019 County Office of Education data indicates that there is 4,749 local youth currently experiencing homelessness or extreme hardships throughout Santa Cruz County. This number is likely to continue to climb due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is more important than ever that we support our local students and their families.
