So much changed last year, almost overnight, for early childhood education professionals. Many people lost their jobs and watched their careers stall during the pandemic. They went from working in daycare centers to working in private learning pods, providing online training, and social media advice groups for parents having to juggle daycare and full time jobs. They went back to school to earn new credentials and update their skills. There were challenges and opportunities.

With California opening up again, what can we expect when we head back to the ECE classroom? 

Join two UCSC Silicon Valley Early Childhood Education instructors Melissa Le and Ninet Moradi as they discuss the new classroom, changes in the industry, new job opportunities, and exciting updates to the UCSC Silicon Valley ECE curriculum. We’ll also have several alumni on hand to share the different paths they’ve taken.
